Anita Gevinson to write dishy book about boyfriends (including Bob Weir)

From Philly.com:

Radio vet returns
DJ Anita Gevinson returns to the Philly airwaves, on 102.9 WMGK, from Aug. 29 to Sept. 2.
She was heard on the station in a recent tribute to the late Warren Zevon, her onetime fiance, who lived with Gevinson on Rittenhouse Square in the early '80s.

Gevinson, who now does part-time news and is a traffic reporter in California, and 'MGK thought it would be fun to bring her back for a few shifts to commemorate the 20th anniversary of her firing by 94 WYSP, done to make room for a new syndicated morning host named Howard Stern.

Gevinson, 53, is currently hard at work on "a dishy book about her life in radio, with plenty of sex, drugs, rock n' roll and famous men behaving badly," as it's described by her co-writer, Philly scribe Jonathan Valania.
Among her conquests/boyfriends who will be covered in the book are Daryl Hall, Billy Squier, Grateful Dead's Bob Weir, and non-rocker Maury Povich, says Gevinson, a Neshaminy High graduate. The book's working title is "Needles and Dust."

Before working at 'YSP, the Levittown native worked at 93.3 WMMR. At 'MGK, she'll host from 2 to 7 p.m. covering for Andre Gardner who will be filling in on John DeBella's morning show, while DeBella is on vacation.
