Giving Someone the "Foonger"

SF Gate's Betting Fool wrote about giving someone the "foonger."

I used my version of the finger. It's called the "foonger." The middle
finger is extended, for sure, but the index finger (or any other) is half-folded
down in a twisted tribute to digitally-challenged Jerry Garcia and Ronnie Lott.

The foonger is less harsh. It means: You suck! Or, gotcha! Or, Neener,
neener, neener! No swearing, just a small victory in a loss-leader world.
