The former Grateful Dead front man tours again with his longtime musical project Ratdog, which is a boil-down of Weir's repertoire, from blues such as "Good Morning Little Schoolgirl" and "Little Red Rooster" to the psychedelic stylings of Grateful Dead classics "Playing in the Band," "The Other One" and "Throwing Stones." The band performs for three consecutive nights starting Thursday at the Beacon Theater, Broadway at 74th Street in Manhattan.
