Big Crowd @ Ten-Thousand Lakes

Bigger-than-expected crowd for Detroit Lakes music festival

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - Authorities are dealing with a bigger crowd than they expected at the fourth annual Ten-Thousand Lakes Music Festival near Detroit Lakes.

Becker County Sheriff Tim Gordon says they had anticipated 15,000 people at the four-day festival, but estimates indicates the event will bring in 20,000.
The festival is under way at Soo Pass Ranch.

This year's performers include Phil Lesh and Friends, Trey Anastasio and the String Cheese Incident.
